\nWe do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.<\/p>\n

The buyer is responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. PorchSwingCover is not responsible for delays due to customs.
\nThe buyer is responsible for any tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost.<\/p>\n

Processing time<\/h3>\n

Please allow 7-14 business days for your order to be produced. Production times may vary based on the quantity and size of your order. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.<\/p>\n

The buyer is responsible for all customs fees and import taxes. The seller is not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs.<\/p>\n

Delays and parcel search<\/h3>\n

Please note while your purchase is dispatched we\u2019re not responsible for its loss and the terms of delivery. The terms are estimated and sometimes the delays can happen. It happens because the post offices are not working during Holidays, for example, or bad weather.<\/p>\n

If your package is not delivered in time written here we can apply for a search. All you need it\u2019s just to let us know that you want us to apply. It may take up to 2 months to find the package. But we hope all of your packages will arrive in time.<\/p>\n

The package was not delivered and went back to seller<\/h3>\n

Please, keep in mind that all the items are made to order and are not refundable.<\/p>\n

In case the item has been shipped to the wrong address and that was the mistake of the seller, the item will be re-shipped to the right address and the seller will bear the shipping cost.<\/p>\n

In case the item has been shipped to the wrong address and that was the mistake of the customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs, shipping to the right address cost, and any customs fees that may occur along the way.<\/p>\n

If the package is sent back to the seller it can be resent to you one more time.<\/p>\n

We\u2019re not responsible for the shipping cost and additional shipping cost if the package is not delivered because of the following reasons:<\/p>\n

  • the post officer has no access to the address of delivery;<\/li>\n
  • the address in order was incorrect;<\/li>\n
  • the address was correct but the recipient wasn\u2019t at the place of delivery and did not pick it up from the post office later.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    To avoid these situations, please check the tracking info from time to time.

    If the package is damaged<\/h3>\n

    IMPORTANT If the recipient sees that the shipment is damaged or there is no attachment, mail employees must make a note about the damage and draw up a corresponding act. Also, please take a photo of the damage and contact us as soon as possible.
