Returns and cancellation
Orders on sale and custom orders can’t be returned and refunded.
In all other situations, we take returns within 7 days from the order’s arrival. there is a 50% restocking fee for any returns plus a shipping fee both ways plus any customs fees. We will make the refund as soon as we receive the item back in proper (new) condition.
We accept cancellations made within 12 hours of placing the order, excluding a 5% fee.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at alona@porchswingcover.com with a picture of a damaged or defective item, and we will get back to you.
